Nuttall owns a two story 3,500 square foot building that is in the heart of the New River Gorge.  We are working with an engineering firm to apply for grants to restore the building for use as a tourism based business.  We are looking for someone with a vision that is interested in leasing the building.  We would be willing to include up to 50 acres in a lease, however, it could just be for the building.
